Hickory Smoking Sawdust is ideal for use in a fish smoker. Burning with less intensity than chips or chunks, Hickory Smoking Sawdust provides a subtle yet flavoursome addition to a range of meats including beef, pork, poultry, fish and game.
Smoking Sawdust burns slower however provides less heat than standard smoking chips meaning for a stronger flavour or higher heat it will need to be replenished more often.
